The Glendon Centre for Cognitive Health supports research in neuropsychology with a focus on cognitive aging. Our researchers are involved in creating knowledge transfer and best practices in the field. The Centre’s three pillars include: applied research, student internships and outreach to the francophone community. Over the next four decades, the world’s population aged 60 and over will more than triple. The dawn of an aging world requires that we train our students to meet these demographic challenges and develop innovative assessment and treatment approaches in both official languages that promote health span for all Canadians.

The GCCH is currently under development.  It is attached to Glendon College, the bilingual campus of York University. In addition, it is affiliated with the Network for Applied Research on the Health of Francophones in Ontario.
